Olivia has been fired. And it’s Christmas Eve. She sits in a coffee shop with her desk in a box at her feet and thinks about everything in between the lines of her résumé. She looks at the Polaroid pictures she has taken, wondering where the lucky signs have gone and what she should do next. On the same day, destiny is calling Diego. Devastated by the suicide of his brother, Diego relies on the laws of physics to help him understand. Neither Olivia nor Diego recall their first meeting.
