The third and surprising installment of the Orpheus saga.

After a perilous journey, Orpheus, Jason, and Medea manage to confront the dragon guarding the Golden Fleece and seize the relic. Thus begins their flight, pursued by Prince Absyrtus, Medea’s brother, across the Sea of Dawn. In an attempt to escape their pursuers, Jason asks Orpheus—who in the meantime has discovered that he is still tormented at night by the Erinyes he encountered in the Underworld—for help through his magic. His aid will prove invaluable, but for Orpheus, the true battle has yet to begin.
