Dr. Christian Brogna

Christian Brogna (1980), a neurosurgeon, is an internationally recognized expert in brain surgery for complex tumors. He gained attention from The Washington Post and CBC News for performing an awake brain surgery on a patient while playing the saxophone. Author of over 40 scientific publications in international journals, he focuses on advancing brain mapping techniques to improve the quality of life for his patients. After twelve years spent in Istanbul, São Paulo, Montpellier, Vienna, and London, he now lives and works in Rome.
