Sometimes music speaks where words fail.

Zoe was just a child when cancer turned her left eye into a blind pearl. Children can be cruel about that sort of thing, but Zoe’s father Danilo offers her solace in the form of music: Chopin, Prokofiev and Debussy. Years later, when her mother dies, Zoe hatches a plan for her grieving father. She returns home to create a silent film with music. As he heals, Danilo will find the courage to make a confession that has burdened him for decades. Together, father and daughter will learn to face the future.
